About Me
I originally trained as a Physician in General Internal Medicine, Diabetes and Endocrinology.
I'm currently working in the field of digital health but still keep up to date and really enjoy teaching as a good way of sharing my love of medicine.
Tutor Experience
I have worked as an online tutor for many years, both through Universities but also independently. I enjoy explaining complex subjects and making them more relatable to students and supporting people improve their academic work. I've been a Royal College of Physicians accredited educational supervisor, as well as a group tutor and have helped many students with their projects, coursework and assignments, to help improve quality and communication. I am keen to make learning fun and interesting so that it sticks in your brain.
I have also worked with the Medical Schools Application Guide (theMSAG) for several years and have very good experience in helping prospective medical students prepare their applications and undertake interview and MMI practice, focusing on communication skills and increasing confidence.
