There are no hard problems, only problems we haven't seen the simpler version of yet.
Expert communicator with an exam-centered approach to maths and physics tutoring. Questions-by-topic to consolidate understanding, and reasoning by reference to simpler past paper questions to elucidate and reduce more complicated problems.

In sixth form I developed a foolproof method for obtaining every single mark in every single past paper, for any given exam board in maths and physics. I have been coaching students ever since.
The method allowed me to obtain A*A*A* in Maths, Further Maths and Physics, with full marks (600/600ums) in Maths.
We quantify progress by measuring the number of marks achieved in a given week, gradually mastering one topic at a time before moving onto the next, all the while meeting the weekly quotas we established at the start of our programme.
Since graduating in 2021, I have been pursuing my dream of songwriting and music production.
My background starts as an entertainer -- I was a gaming YouTuber before I discovered academics, with over 30,000 subscribers and 5 million views. The skill of engaging an audience has proven invaluable in my tutoring practice, over various subjects: maths and physics, Oxbridge admissions, and music technology.
My aim is to allow students to discover the intuition latent within them, by which to spot patterns in their own inner language, and creatively solve problems building on from the methods taught in school, but not limited by them. The benchmark is for solutions to be unambiguously and effectively communicated, as required by the mark scheme.
- I have been tutoring 1-on-1 since sixth form, having helped dozens of students across hundreds of hours in maths and physics.
- Between June and November 2023, I hosted group sessions of 5-30 students in A-Level and GCSE Maths, numbering over 80 hours.
- Since 2020, I have helped with Oxbridge admissions in 2 different cohorts at my old sixth form, having carried out mock interviews and provided personal statement feedback.
- Between October 2022 and November 2023, I tutored and mentored dozens of young artists from challenging socioeconomic backgrounds in songwriting and music technology.
For the weekly questions-by-topic method introduced above, we require resources breaking down past papers into worksheets. At the moment, they are available for the following exam boards:
- A-Level Maths: OCR, AQA, Edexcel
- A-Level Physics: WJEC, OCR, AQA, Edexcel
- GCSE Maths: OCR, AQA, Edexcel
- GCSE Physics: WJEC, OCR, AQA, Edexcel, CAIE
I specifically did the A-Levels in Physics with AQA, and in Maths and Further Maths with Edexcel; I have more detailed knowledge of these exam boards. The concepts themselves, of course, are shared irrespective of the specific exam.
Once a fundamental understanding is achieved, our focus is to effectively communicate answers such that the marks may be unambiguously awarded no matter how one interprets the mark scheme.
Thank you very much, Nichita. You explained everything very well and overall, i found it quite enjoying, even the difficult things we reviewed. Thank you very much for the tutor today, it helps alot.
A really good lesson - as always ! Thanks Nichita
