About Me
I have a passion for literature, both literary criticism and reading for pleasure. My specialist fields of interest are orientalist literature and 19th Century literature, but more recently my interests have diversified to modern novels. Art and art history are also an area of real passion for me; I love considering the relationship of art to literature. Additionally, I enjoy drama and theatre, watching plays, but also acting and teaching theatre studies. I feel strongly about raising awareness of environmental and global issues, and at the same time supporting community service and charitable projects. Finally, physical exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is something I relish, so running, swimming, cycling, yoga and meditation are all things I enjoy to help me build fitness and resilience, and above all to navigate challenging times with calmness, positivity and gratitude.

I have over twelve years teaching experience in a variety of settings, both internationally and in the UK. Given my diverse experience I am able to expertly differentiate and personalise my tuition to suit individual needs.
