About Me

I am Amina Abdul Razak, an MPharm graduate from the University of Bradford with a passion for both teaching and clinical pharmacy. As a mother, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for nurturing and guiding others, which also extends to my professional interests in education and mentorship. Having completed my degree in July 2023 and passed the GPhC exam on my first attempt in June 2024, I combine academic excellence with practical experience in hospital and community pharmacy settings.

Interests
I love travelling, which reflects my curiosity and love for exploring new cultures and experiences. Originally from the UK, I am currently spending a few months in the UAE to explore life here and embrace a different environment. I also enjoy writing spoken-word poetry and participating in team sports like badminton and volleyball, which enhance my creativity and teamwork skills.

Background
My background is a blend of teaching and pharmacy practice. I’ve mentored pharmacy students in clinical skills, OSCE preparation, and pharmacology, as well as conducted Peer-Assisted Learning sessions online during my university years. These experiences, coupled with placements in hospital and community pharmacies, have shaped my holistic approach to tutoring, helping students connect academic concepts with real-world applications.
