I'm a fun-loving character with a passion for all things people related. Teaching is a great way for me to spend time with new faces and anatomy has the extra benefit of attracting people from many fields of work. I am very open and friendly and am happy delivering formal or informal sessions at any level, depending on the audience.
Although I value dissection highly as a form of teaching anatomy, I understand the limitations in its use and therefore enjoy exploring creative alternatives, particularly online methods since covid-19. I'm certainly an advocate of having fun while your learning, and I encourage my students to engage without fear or shame of getting things wrong - it's all part of the process!
In my spare time I love to socialise, travel, go on long dog walks, play tennis and run my business.
