About Me
As a freelance HR and Leadership consultant I have a wealth of practical experience to draw on in my teaching. I combine this with an engaging tutoring and teaching approach to help bring the best out of those I support.
Tutor Experience
My career has always involved teaching and tutoring others. From my initial career as an Army Education Office, working as a Management Development Manager focusing on Graduate and First line development at Michelin Tyres, through to delivery of accredited professional qualifications for CIPD, CMI and ILM.
I have worked at a number of leading Universities on Masters and Undergraduate programmes as well as working with leading national training providers. My experience is both face to face and online, covering groups ( large and small) and working with individuals. I adopt an interactive, participatory style, using contemporary examples to help develop understanding and application.
