Uchenna holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt. He is a registered member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT).
