About Me
It was during my time at University that I discovered my passion for teaching. Inspirational teachers helped me to become a successful learner back then. Years later, their example is still encouraging me to offer the same high standard of teaching in my tutorials and provide a fantastic learning experience.
Tutor Experience
My goal for each lesson is to build confidence, to create an enjoyable learning experience and help my students to reach their full potential. I am sensitive to the needs and aspirations of my students and can adapt any teaching material to the learning styles of the individual student. I’m taking great pride in helping my students achieve academically. I’m a supportive tutor, having a clear and uncomplicated manner of explaining difficult concepts.
Topic Expertise
I specialise in modern history, especially the AQA and CIE IGCSE and A-Level course. I am highly competent in exam preparation, writing techniques and teaching critical thinking skills. I will make sure my students shine in these areas.

I have graduated at the University of Nottingham with a Joint Honours BA degree (2.1) in 2009. Since then I have been trained by, and worked for Greene's Tutorial College in Oxford, which is one of the oldest institution to offer the tutorial method.
