Hi all Readers.
I am a jolly and an enthusiastic educator who tutors as well as teaches mathematics and physics in college. I love teaching both subjects because my passion thrives on complex ideas which demands logic and its application. Therefore, I always find physics and maths thrilling to teach.
The passion for maths and physics grew during my GCSE years circa 1998. Inspired by the movie 'Top Gun' I did my A-levels focusing more on physics and mathematics as I wanted to become a fighter pilot. During my graduation years in physics, I joined NCC Air Wing under Indian Air Force, which eventually gave me an opportunity to fulfil my goal. I joined IAF training in 2003 but unfortunately due to ophthalmic issues, I had to quit the training which was quite disappointing.
Therefore, in 2005, I started M.Sci in Physics(Space Science, QFT and Electronics) and finished it in 2007. During the same year I started teaching physics and maths in an IB school and since then there is no expiry date to the profession. To enhance my ability in teaching, I did my Post Graduate Certificate in Education(PGCE) in Physics with Maths in 2017.
Also, I feel worth mentioning that I am CAA qualified GVC(General VLOS Certificate) holder who can professional fly drones up to 25kg. Initially, couple of years back I started it as a hobby but my 'inner pilot' helped me acquire professional skills. Moreover, I love motorcycling, hiking and playing cricket.
In the end, I will be very happy to offer my tutoring sessions in maths and physics to all passionate students out there who wants to understand, learn and score better in the subjects.
Hope to speak to you soon.
Regards
Currently I am working in a college as a Lecturer in Mathematics and Physics. Moreover, previously I have worked in several school and colleges as lecturer, teacher, STEM representative and 2in Science. Primarily I taught Physics and Mathematics. Throughout my career, I have taught and tutored International Baccalaureate(IB), Advance Placement(AP), A levels and GCSE Physics and Maths.
Previously, I have worked more in independent schools than in state ‘a schools where I primarily taught physics and mathematics to age group 11-16 and post 16 students and above. However, I have significantly more experience in teaching post 16 students. Furthermore, I have enjoyed teaching post sixteen students more, not because of their age, but due to the rich and profound complexity of the physics and mathematics subjects itself.
I have been fascinated by higher level physics and mathematics since my A levels in 2000. This inspired me to tutor physics to the same age group soon after my A levels. Since then, I feel passionate about physics and mathematics tutoring as my passion thrives in explaining complex subjects, for which I feel content and fulfilled from within. 😊
Hi all.
I have been tutoring and teaching in various schools since last fifteen years. I specialise in raising students' confidence and getting the results they need. My approach towards tutoring is by assessing students' prior knowledge and targeting weaker areas first by offering unique academic mentoring and coaching. This strategy help pupils to unlock their full potential in maths & science.
Below is the list of the areas where I am expert at teaching.
AP Physics
AP Mathematics
AP Calculus
A levels Physics
A levels Further Pure Mathematics
A levels Pure Mathematics
A levels Mechanics
GCSE Mathematics
Very thorough and helpful regarding specific topic that I am struggling with.
Very friendly! Brilliant at explaining specific concepts/ exam technique. Thank you!
Thanks Dhawal
Thanks Dhawal
Dhawal explained Circular Motion and started me on Vibration topics with this lesson. He explained the topics coherently and it was easy to understand for me.
