I have 7 years of Physics and Mathematics private tuition experience. I teach GCSE, A-Level and degree-level courses. As a PhD student I know what is needed to score highly in exams and I am passionate about passing on this knowledge to other students.

Once establishing your goals I can plan and deliver personalised live 1:1 tutorials for you to better understand all the topics which you find challenging. We will target subject weaknesses and track your progress in time for the exams. I am happy to write and mark mock questions to highlight areas which need strengthening and then address these knowledge gaps in future lessons. I will share valuable advice that has helped me score highly in exams.
I have taught mathematics and physics extensively, at all levels from GCSE to
undergraduate. I estimate I have delivered around 450 hours of live 1:1 tutorials
since 2014, both online (Microsoft Teams and Zoom) and residentially. All of my
students (both home and international) have been obtained through
independent sources.
I have experience teaching:
- GCSE/IGCSE Mathematics, Physics (all exam boards)
- A-Level Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics (all exam boards)
- Undergraduate degree-level Physics, including courses in: Classical mechanics, analytical dynamics, quantum mechanics, nuclear physics, particle physics, special and general relativity, cosmology, electromagnetism, statistical mechanics, classical thermodynamics, waves and acoustics, fluid dynamics
- Undergraduate degree-level Mathematics, including: Maths for physics and engineering, Mathematical methods, applied mathematics, linear algebra
I am happy to assist with applications, CVs, personal statements, preparation for entrance exams and any other difficulties students are facing.
Great!
