He is able to distill periods of history down to themes, making it easier for the student to organize his or her understanding of the material. His tutoring is at all times hands on and goal oriented: to prepare the student for exams and how to write essays. Through a Socratic method of questioning and answering he works with the student to enhance understanding of the material and build confidence in his / her ability to rise to the challenge. | ||
