About Me

I am a former Associate Professor and Director of People at Regent's University London, where I taught Leadership (using creative methods and techniques), Organisational Behaviour, Global Management, Cross Cultural Management, International Business as well as courses on Imagination, Creativity and Innovation. I also taught on the PGCHE and was the Academic Practice Lead; responsible for the quality of classroom teaching.
I was responsible for the development of the Personal Tutoring system at Regent's and development of the pedagogy for the Business and Management Faculty.

My teaching is informed by my many years in business. In my previous capacity as a manager, executive coach and training consultant I have worked with clients such as: Deutsche Bank, Ford, Virgin Mobile, Egg and Apple. I have worked and lived in several countries in Europe and the Caribbean.

Tutor Experience

I am a highly experienced teacher with a wealth of business experience, including owning my own coaching business. This means that my approach to teaching is based on both a solid academic understanding as well as an ability to relate this to the real world.

My student satisfaction scores where amongst the highest at my previous institution, in particular with exceptional rating for teaching approach and assessment feedback.

I have taught students at Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate level and I understand the various challenges students face during their studies. My approach is person centred and experiential. One of my skills is to be able to translate complex material into concepts that can be easily understood.

During the pandemic most of my teaching was online, so I know how to create an environment where you are able to deepen your learning.

At the start of our working relationship together we will discuss your objectives and the particular challenges you face so that we can agree on how we can best work together.
