About Me
I spend my weekdays teaching, researching and writing history. I am a keen musician (mostly jazz), so try to spend my evenings and weekends playing my saxophone or going to concerts. I really enjoy going to the cinema, though don't go nearly enough...
Tutor Experience
I am a history lecturer in Oxford. I have five years experience teaching history at the University of Cambridge. My specialism is in the history of industrialisation in Europe over the period 1750-1850, but I lots of experience teaching topics covering European and American history from the fifteenth century onwards.
