About Me
I am a passionate and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher who believes in working on both my professional and personal development. To continuously develop as a practitioner, I have registered on an online Child Psychology course to build on my understanding of early child development. An area I thoroughly enjoy studying. I have found this course highly beneficial in allowing me to become a well-informed practitioner. Alongside my professional development, I also believe in continuously developing myself in my personal life. I do this by taking time out to enjoy my hobbies such as jogging to keep myself fit and maintain a clear mind, and socialising with my friends. Furthermore, I often give myself various knitting projects as I enjoy the challenge and the process of watching my work evolve overtime.

My name is Miriam, I am a qualified teacher with extensive teaching experience both online and within classrooms. I am excited to become a part of this platform where I can deliver my dream of allowing children to learn best when they are actively engaged, learning in an appropriate and rich environment. My belief: the best possible growth takes place through positively stimulating practical tasks, where children are happy and motivated to want to learn. I am currently working as a Primary School Teacher, in a multicultural environment, this has allowed me to positively approach change through working in different teaching and learning environments. This has allowed me to develop myself both as a teacher and a learner, while allowing me to understand the progression in the National Curriculum throughout a school. During my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to work with pupils with additional and special educational needs (SEN). Here I was able to show my commitment to create equal opportunities for all children, therefore, creating an inclusive learning environment.
