Online Business Management Tutor Oyetola

I am a University Tutor who has delivered around 4000 hours of group and 1:1 teaching, tutorial since 2012. I have taught Business management with specific focus on logistics and supply chain management from undergraduate to postgraduate level, including PhD support. I deliver excellent teaching through face-to-face sessions and virtual learning platforms (Skype, Zoom, MSTeams, Canvas, Blackboard Collaborate) to provide personalised learning experience.
My student demographics comprise different ages and backgrounds such as 18-year-olds, middle aged 30-40s and mature students 50-over 60s. The students have different learning styles from different parts of the world with unique experiences. For students who have moved between educations systems, I support them to adapt to the UK system.
I employ a collaborative process to put my students’ voice at the centre while I facilitate the opportunity for them to demonstrate their understanding. I take interest in my student's learning and provide personalised support to meet their unique needs. I have taught students taking various assessments at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In fact, one of my post graduate student’s dissertations won the professional award from the Worshipful company of Marketors UK.

One student had health and learning needs which impacted her attendance. This increased worry and anxiety over the ability to succeed. I supported the student by providing personal tutorial sessions and on-going support and the student excelled in her course of study. Another student had visual impairment, yet with effective support from me, the student made a 2.1. in her dissertation. I supported another student was scoring average grades in the first year. With effective support from me, the student made a first class in the dissertation.
Many of these students have moved on to fulfilling careers. I am keen to share my experience and pass on my passion for learning to more students.
