My journey in academia has been both diverse and deeply rewarding, filled with moments of discovery and growth. I began in biotechnology engineering but quickly discovered my true passion for chemistry, which led me to earn both a B.Sc. and a Ph.D. in the field.
Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to contribute significantly to the field of chemistry, with over 50 publications and more than 30 research projects in both basic and applied sciences. My teaching philosophy centers around the Socratic Method combined with problem-based learning, which not only instills a strong foundation in chemistry but also hones the critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for academic and professional success.
Beyond my professional achievements, I’m passionate about science and artificial intelligence, love diving into history books, enjoy writing diaries, and cherish time spent in the wild. These interests keep me curious and grounded, qualities that I bring into my teaching to inspire and connect with my students on a deeper level.
