For the last 7 years, I have been teaching online and in a bilingual top 50 school in Spain. There, I gained a wide range of experience in subjects and learning styles. My specialities were in Geography, History, English and Science. My methodology was largely technology based, using a range of online and software based programs to help further the learning of the students. I attained both a Google and Apple educator certificate and worked on developing an eco initiative for ...

I have been taking private tutorials for eight years now and have tutored over ninety students. I specialise in GCSE and A Level students as well as those applying to Oxbridge; those who have been preparing for exams have consistently moved up at least a grade; those who have been working towards entrance exams have gained their places. As well as subject specific tuition, I have also helped students who struggle to structure their work.

I have more than 8 years of tutoring experience, helping students and pupils with everything from their GCSE and A-Levels, to their undergraduate exams and dissertations.
I like to teach in an informal and (hopefully!) fun way. I'm there to assist you rather than to act as a teacher and I'm mindful of the fact that there are already a lot of existing pressures when it comes to academia and examinations. So I want to help you in a way that is best suited to your needs--wheth...

For over a decade I have coached pupils for 11+ and 13+ entrance exams – with success at Westminster, City of London, St Paul's and Highgate – as well as for GCSE, AS and A Level (in English and History, and with a record of prepping for University interview also). My teaching approach is fun but intellectually rigorous – focused on making sure students have the tools to achieve high grades but remain relaxed, engaged and excited by the subject. I am up to date with the curre...

Before I was a tutor I was a successful teacher. When I left teaching to take my MA, and focus more of my time on writing, I missed working with students, and so began tutoring. All the students I work with make good progress in school. Many make very good progress and some make astounding progress. My success stories include scholarships to Rugby School and Grammar School passes, places at University to read Medicine, A level passes at the higher grades and top GCSE passes....

I've been teaching History, Philosophy & TOK in international schools since 2007.
I know and love the craft of teaching History and Philosophy, and particularly how developing student capability in these areas can contribute to stronger interdisciplinary performance. My classes uniformly achieve significantly above the world average and students regularly go on to study at institutions like Cambridge, LSE, Cornell, UC & Durham.

I have volunteered since 2012 with students age 16-18 with a variety of needs, from GCSE prep to degree-level tutoring and mock interviews for Oxbridge applicants. I successfully designed and ran a six-week group mentoring program in 2021 at my former secondary school, covering all aspects of the Oxbridge applications process for a number of Humanities applicants. I also volunteer through my work with a variety of initiatives including Interview Skills and STEMettes.
