Spires Tutoring Reviews

This was my last session with Shubham, and I could have not wished for a better tutor. I was preparing for my Econometrics re-sit, and was looking for a tutor to get ready. I found Econometrics, as many would agree, a really challenging subject, and needed some serious help. There were a lot of tutors to choose from, but I went for Shubham, and honestly, that was perhaps the best and wisest choice I have made in my entire life (no jokes). Shubham taught everything in Econometrics from top to bottom. He made me understand things, that I thought I would never be able to understand. He showed me ways to solve equations, to read questions, to do questions, in the best possible manner. His teaching skills are seriously impressive. As stubborn as I am, it can get quite tough for tutors to deal with my arguments and claims, but he would deal with that. He is one of those tutors that no matter what question you ask, he will always know an answer to it, and for me, that is quite important as it makes you feel that this tutor knows literally everything. Great person, amazing tutor and simply professional in Econometrics.

It was my first time doing online tuition but Shubham made it so easy and interesting. He leaves no stone unturned. He takes time to prepare for all of our sessions in advance. We had a clear structure and plan which helped keep me on track. Prior to our sessions, my knowledge of Econometrics was extremely basic and I was struggling. After working with Shubham for less than a month, I'm happy to say that I was very confident that I was going to ace my exam. He basically helped teach me my whole syllabus from A to Z in an extremely short period of time, but in a very clear and efficient manner. Thank you for all your help and support!

Dr Steve helped me so much with my work. He went through my essay piece by piece and made sure I understood everything. He was also very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him and will be definitely be using him again.

Good lesson

Archie enjoyed enjoyed the class. The pace was good and he felt that there was the right amount of difficulty. Please let us know your availability in the next weeks. Regards Geoff

fantastic help as always!

He seems like a good teacher , I am excited for future lessons

Superb! Thank you.

Would have been a five if had been delivered a little slower pace. thanks for the taster session. We have another session tomorrow and looking to make a decision on Wednesday.

Thank you for your help with my university coding work.

We have done some work with Myles to identify whether our son has the ability to successfully undertake independent study for GCSE Computer Science. We found Myles to be hugely approachable, skilled and transparent. Our experience with him was professional and reassuring and our son's confidence increased recognisably after just one lesson. On the basis of our interaction with Myles to date, I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Really good

Great overview of materials and methodology for upcoming practical.

Went through the whole syllabus and Trevor was able to answer every question I had with an in depth response :)

He was engaging and easily able to find the gaps in my knowledge in one session.

Most helpful teacher, really cares about your specifications and tailors for your needs!

always brilliant!

This was a lovely class where it is easy to follow along with Kelly. She made sure to tie the topic with my other topics and helped me create links with this and my assignments

Incredibly well prepared, sent through a vast amount of information and links that will help me. Feeling a little more confident after this trial lesson about taking the GRE as Anirudh has a clear 6 month plan laid out for me.
